Return & Exchange Policy

At Aphrodite Spa, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and services, we maintain the following strict policy:

All spa service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact management within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any product purchases. However, we gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
   
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
   
• Only equal or higher-value exchanges are allowed.
   
• Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be exchanged.
   
• Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
   

If you received a product that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the issue and provide an exchange if applicable.

If you financed your purchase through Affirm, any approved exchanges will not cancel or adjust your payment plan. You are still responsible for payments to Affirm per your agreement. Any exchange will be processed directly through Aphrodite Spa.

We cannot offer exchanges on:

• Gift cards
   
• Sale or promotional items
   
• Used skincare or personal care items
   
• Services rendered
